                                                          Founder/CEO/Executive Council Chair - Ms. Eva Lokko:
Ms. Eva Lokko is the First Satellite Communications Engineer in Ghana, first woman Broadcast Engineer in Ghana, first woman Engineer in the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), the only female Director-General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, since its inception in 1935 and managed GBC’s transition to digital radio and television production, satellite distribution and digital-ready transmission, spanning HQ, 10 regional offices and 30 transmitter stations nationwide. Eva is one of the Engineers who installed Ghana’s first colour television infrastructure. She is the first Vice-Presidential Candidate of the Progressive People’s Party.

Ms. Lokko was the first Regional Programme Coordinator of UNDP’s first government cost-shared programme – the Internet Initiative for Africa, contracting ICT systems and infrastructure to 10 African countries. She managed the deployment of ICT systems and infrastructure to 144 UNDP country offices worldwide. She designed and managed UNDP’s first private sector cost-shared ICT partnerships and UNDP’s first Mobile Tele-Centre To-Go. ​​Eva is responsible for capacity building, mentoring, internship and incubation. She is also responsible for the delivery of seminars, workshops and conferences for graduates and the business community. ​Eva Lokko has over 30 years combined experience in project management, business development, strategic planning, restructuring, change management, advocacy, and workshop design and organisation. She is an experienced administrator in areas including HR development, information management, ICT for Development, television and radio production and broadcasting.

​Eva was President of the UN Federation of International Civil Servants Association and Chairperson - UNDP/UNFPA/UNOPS Staff Council; She was the only female member of Ghana’s first ICT policy drafting team and the 3-person delegation to the CTO Digital Migration Conference/UK. She is a member of the MTN Customer Panel, the Boards of the National Information Technology Agency and of the Regent University Council. She is Chairperson of the Boomers International Board, the Pumpkin Foundation Board, the National Committee on Girls in ICT and of the Greater Accra Community Development Programme.

Eva has received awards including TV Africa’s Ɔbaa Mbo Award for her unique contributions to Communications Technology; two Women in Leadership Awards from the Ghana Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Wesley Girls High School; UNDP’s Excellent Human Resource Management Award; Youth Activism Awards from Curious Minds and several tertiary institutions. Eva was a nominee of the first Millennium Excellence Award. She has benn awarded the Ghana Women of Excellence Award by Top Brass under the auspices of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection. She has also received the Good Leader Award from the Gadangme Concerned Youth.

Ms Lokko was Chairperson, Speaker, Rapporteur and/or Participant at various national and international conferences, seminars and workshops including the Yale Conference on Women and Development, FICSA, INET, NEPAD, UNDP-HDR, ICANN, ADF, WTO/Berlin, UNDP Resident Representatives Meeting/Rye and UNEP Development Watch. She has drafted and/or contributed to speeches for UN Secretaries-General including Busumuru Kofi Annan, UNDP Administrators including Mr. Gustav Speth now retired Dean of Yale and UNDP Assistant Administrators including Mrs. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf – now President of Liberia. She planted the UN tree of peace with the former UN Secretary-General - Boutros Boutros-Ghali. 
Eva is a Public and Motivational Speaker and a Gender and Youth Activist. She continues to provide advocacy and make presentations on various platforms, including government, donor community, and NGO. on youth and women issues. 

​​Eva Lokko is a product of Wesley Girls’ High School, Cape Coast. She holds an MSc Honours degree in Satellite Communications Engineering and an MSc in Intelligent Management Systems. Her language set includes Ga, Twi, Fanti, English, Russian, French and introductory Spanish. She has travelled to 50 countries worldwide, in Africa, Asia/Europe and America/(USA/Latin America/the Caribbean). She is married since 1982 and has a son and daughter.

                                                         Executive Council Member - Prof. Mrs. Florence Dolphyne
Prof. Mrs. Dolphyne is a Companion of the Order of the Volta. She has a Fulbright Hays Senior Scholar Award She was a Senior Fulbright Scholar in the University of California and Fourah Bay College. Professor Dolphyne is one of the founding mothers of the Methodist University College Ghana and was Chairperson of the Academic Committee that saw to its accreditation.

Florence holds a B.A. Honours Degree in English from the University College of Ghana, Legon, and a PhD in Linguistics from the University of London. Florence was the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana - Legon, and a visiting lecturer in universities such as University of Ibadan Nigeria, Michigan State University and the University of California - Los Angeles.

Mrs. Dolphyne is responsible for career counselling and mentoring. Mrs. Dolphyne has over 30 years of experience in education, counselling, teaching and training. She is an experienced educationist, career counsellor and trainer and has worked extensively with youth from all walks of life through her long service in academia at national and international levels.

Mrs.Mirian Hornsby-Odoi was the Director of the Ghana Nursing Services - Ministry of Health and the Director of Sanitation and Health - Methodist Church Ghana. Mirian is a Fellow of the West Africa College of Nursing (WACN) and was President of the WACN Alumni. She has certificates in Adult Training and Administration from the University of Chicago/USA, Communication Studies from University of Michigan/USA and in Health Management from the William Rathbone Staff College/UK. 

Mirian was responsible for the complete review of the Public Health Nursing curriculum and for ensuring its comprehensiveness for several years. She was a member of the Examination Committee and Council member as well as Chairperson of the Education and Training Committee, all of the Nurses and Midwives Council of Ghana (NMC). She holds a MSc. degree in Public Health Nursing Administration from Boston University/USA. 

Mrs. Hornsby-Odoi is still active in policy development, advocacy in the health sector. She has written a few articles on nursing both for practice and for education.She is a member of the Nursing Training School alumni association.Mrs. Hornsby-Odoi is responsible for life-style counselling and mentoring. She is an experienced administrator, manager, planner and researcher and has worked extensively with the youth in the nursing services as well as in the Methodist Church.

                                                   Executive Council Member - Youth Representative: Ms. Ernestina Ofoe
Ernestina Ofoe is the Intern Assistant to the CEO. she is responsible for administrative duties at the Secretariat and for the Council and acts as Secretary to the Council. She assists with presentations and registration of participants and ensures the well-being of participants. She provides critical content in programme, workshop and seminar design from the perspective of the youth.

Ernestina holds a BSc Honours in Marketing and certificates in Business, International Property Rights and French. She also earned a certificate in Leadership from the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation. She was Deputy Women’s Commissioner for the University of Professional Studies and rose to become the National Women’s Commission for the National Union of Ghana Students.

She has been the creator, designer, organizer and presenter at several conferences, seminars and workshops nationwide and has travelled on research and development projects throughout the country. Ernestina has been Vice-President, Counsellor, Coordinator and Treasurer in several associations. She is currently the Ambassador for Girls in ICT Ghana.

Ms. Ofoe’s work experience includes Marketing Manager – Fx Prints; Deputy Marketing Manager - Lord and Samuel; Project Assistant – Urban Republic and Adminstrative Assistant – University of Professional Studies.

                                            Co-Founder/Executive Council Member - Naadu L-Bentsi-Enchill 
​Naadu is a co-founder of Totally Youth and is part of the reason why the NGO got its name. She pursued a Master’s in Business Management to support her  efforts in establishing the various programmes for the NGO. She has always been an innovative, self-starter, with a passion for community engagement and entrepreneurship. After the 10-month intensive management programme, she graduated from Wake Forest University with a leadership award and a strong desire to be a consultant.


After gaining additional analytics experience, she went off to work as an IT Auditor under Ernest and Young’s South East Advisory Practice. Seeking a more hands-on project management experience,she became a Business Process Consultant for a small start up company in the USA. Naadu is now a freelance Business Process Consultant and is constantly providing requisite support to Totally Youth.

​Naadu holds a Master of Arts, Management from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC/USA and a Bachelor of Arts, Dance from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT/USA ​

                                                         Partner/Executive Council Member - Mr. Nii K Bentsi-Enchill
Mr. Bentsi-Enchill is the publisher and editor of two websites - www.ghanansem.org and www.ghanabookreview.org. He is an Editor for several agencies. He is currently a Consulting Editor for the National Development Programme Council. He was Managing Editor of the United Nations Department of Public Information/New York of the Africa Section publication - Africa Recovery, which services United Nations programmes for and advocacy on Africa.

​​Nii K has edited several books, major reports and technical papers for entities including the UN Economic Commission for Africa, UNDP/Ghana, the Institute of Social, Statistical and Economic Research (ISSER/Legon). He has attended international conferences in several countries on African development issues, including private sector and human resource development. He worked with the UN for 11 years.

Mr. Bentsi-Enchillis responsible for language, document writing and media issues. Mr.Bentsi-Enchill has over 30 years of experience in journalism,communications, publishing and media relations. He has edited books andmajor reports on education, children and youth for the Association ofAfrican Universities, Ghana’s National Population Council, andUNICEF/Ghana.
